Approach to Computing Modelling of Plates for Glass Moulds
Original language description
The glass moulds, plates, can be connected with various types of limiting states leading to the subsequent taking out of the plate from production line and idle time in the production cycle. These limiting states can be: corrosion of the plate, plate bonding, formation of linear unacceptable crack, change of geometry of inner opening and etc. The results shows that the problems of durability of glass plates depend on the whole complex of factors that lead to the formation of limiting states, such as thelimiting state of crack. Therefore, it is important to access all the above aspects and the results of metallographic evaluation of material structure to computing modelling. The computing modelling has shown that there has been the change of strain-stress states which are also sensitive to the nanostructure surface change.
