During the service of soldiers in foreign missions the units are exposed to the danger of death in the battlefield and at the military base. While in contact with the enemy, their danger is particularly at risk of conventional infantry weapons, the enemies are usually using large bombs hidden in cars which are transported to the base. With such large explosion loss of lives and material would be lost. This article deals about the characteristics of blast waves and their effects on the human body and constructions. Using the knowledge of spreading blast wave can improve internal structure of buildings and to prevent large losses of human and stuff.
