Original language description
The submitted paper deals with the possibilities of numerical and experimental research of combat vehicles ballistic resistance. Firstly, the model of passive homogenous armor was created and then the dependence of armor hardness on temperature investigated by using the Ansys Autodyn software. The results of modeling have shown that in hand with temperature changes went changes in hardness of material ballistics resistance. Results need to be verified, therefore there is the suggestion of experimental measuring chain for real verification of modeled results described in the following part of the paper.
