This paper describes design and practical implementation of a test version of interfering mobile device with stepper motor and microprocessor and program, which is created in Vee Pro for testing of the electromagnetic compatibility of the system of the magnetron. Automotive jammer will be used as preparation interference of military electronic equipment and measurement of EMC. In this paper, will be presented control mobile device by single-chip microprocessor ATmega 16, realization of a converter 12 V / 4000 V-50 Hz as the power supply of the magnetron and some results of testing and measurement of the system of the magnetron.
