    Vibration signal is accurately corresponded with the behavior of gearbox. There are numerous methods using vibration signal to analyze, diagnose, and identify the gearbox failure. Along with the development of computerize, the multi-body simulation method has been used widely in order to determining the technical condition of gearbox. The aim of this the paper is introduce the gearbox dynamic model, the advantages of computer software MSC.ADAMS in simulation, the multi-body dynamic model of gearbox failures, the simulation process (algorithms, modeling, data processing), and analysis the results.
