Original language description
The aim of the study was to set criteria for TAF accuracy assessment concerning weather phenomena and cloudiness. Current profundity in practically used methods and approaches to the TAF quality assessment was analysed. Regarding being the primary directive to be followed, parts of ICAO Annex 3 dealing with accuracy and related rules were reviewed and analysed. Although laches and equivocations were discovered and described, strict sticking to the ICAO instructions was proposed. Additionally, it also compares advantages and disadvantages of other two already applied methods in Met Alliance and Czech Air force.
