    The paper deals with the possibility of using Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) in risk analysis with a focus on the probability of failure of the entire system. Closely related to this issue is the determination of preventive measures aimed at increasing the reliability of the system. FTA is made up of events and gates, the most used gates being AND and OR. FTA allows you to analyze the current state, find effective solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of the whole process. The specific practical application is focused on finding out the probability of the causes of user dissatisfaction with the services of a specialized transport logistics company.
