Our results suggest that atropine alone is not sufficient as a treatment for saving cognitive functions impaired by tabun. On the other hand, the addition of oxime to atropine contributes to improvement of cognitive performance in tabun-poisoned rats regardless of type of oxime.

Czech description
Naše výsledky prokazují, že samotný atropin není dostatečně účinný pro eliminaci tabunem vyvolaného zhoršení kognitivních funkcí. Naproti tomu přidání oximů k atropinu přispívá ke zlepšení kognitivních funkcí u tabunem otrávených potkanů bez ohledu na typ oximu.
