A comparison of the potency of newly developed oximes (K074, K075) and currently available oximes (obidoxime, HI-6) to counteract soman- induced neurotoxicity in rats
Original language description
Due to the absence of their neuroprotective potency, both newly developed oximes are not suitable oximes for the antidotal treatment after exposure to soman. The oxime HI-6 is still the best acetylcholinesterase rectivator for the antidotal treatment ofacute poisonings with soman.
Czech name
Srovnání schopnosti nově vyvinutých oximů (K074, K075) a běžně používaných oximů (obidoxim, HI-6) eliminovat somanem vyvolané projevy neurotoxicity u potkanů
