Original language description
The pharmacokinetics of K-203, a recently synthesized bis-pyridinium aldoxime, have been investigated by reversed-phase HPLC. The K-203 content of serum samples was monitored by HPLC with ultraviolet absorbance detection at 286 nm. The low concentrationof K-203 in samples of brain, eyes, and cerebrospinal fluid was also determined by HPLC; quantitative evaluation was possible by use of an amperometric detector.

Czech description
Farmakokinetika látky K203 - v současnosti syntetizovaného bispyridiniového oximu - byla zkoumána pomocí RP-HPLC. K203 obsah sérových vzorků bylo monitorováno pomocí HPLC-UV při 286 nm. Nízká koncentrace K203 ve vzorcích mozku, očí a cerebrospinální tekutiny byly rovněž určeny. Kvantitativní zhodnocení bylo umožněno amperometrickým detektorem.
