Evaluation of cholinesterase activities during in vivo intoxication using an electrochemical sensor strip-correlation with intoxication symptoms

  • Original language description

Activity of cholinesterases in blood of laboratory rats was followed. Rats were intoxicated by paraoxon in a scale 0 - 65 - 125 - 170 - 250 - 500 nmol. The dose 250 nmol were found to be LD50. Electrochemical sensor was found approachable to provide information about cholinesterase activity.
