Variation of cholinesterase based biosensor sensitivity to inhibition by organophosphate due to ionizing radiation
Original language description
Cholinesterase based biosensor was performed in order to assess effect of ionizing radiation on intercepted acetylcholinesterase (AChE). There were found significant correlations between dose and AChE sensitivity to organophosphate pesticide inhibitory effect. Practical impact is discussed and irradiation is considered as suitable tool for improving analytical properties of cholinsterase based biosensors.
