The interactive workshop focused on proposal writing. The participants had an unique opportunity to work with a successful ERC proposal from the LS2 panel (Genetics, ’Omics’, Bioinformatics and Systems Biology), to discuss with its principal investigator and to meet experts from the applicants´ fields of research. To maximize the impact and effectiveness the workshop was opened only for ERC Starting/Consolidator grants applicants who already had a concrete project idea or a draft proposal, which they intended to submit to the 2018 ERC Work Programme calls.
