The text is about importance of good agriculture practice in poultry production and trade. A base of every quality and safety food system lays in requirements of good agriculture practice. The EurepGAP system is non-voluntary standard for poultry producers with many benefits. This standard is acceptable for food trade chain and it so gives competitive benefit too. The aim of the text is to describe and to explain this standard for poultry production.
