Economy of a new age ? net intelligence ? is a digital economy. All information flows are effected in the digital form. The new economy is also at the same time a qualified economy (knowledge economy). In the new economy much more bigger proportion willbe created by human brains. Knowledge becomes the most important form of the capital, other sources (technology, soil, capital) are dependent on it. The difference between information and knowledge is basic: information is the input into the knowledge process of activities coordination. Knowledge management is the necessary condition of success in modern economy. The basic taxonomy of knowledge can be illustrated by means of succession: data ? information ? knowledge.
