Retailing is continuosly reacting to new conditions and opportunities of market economy, which is newly formed by dominant position of consumers and by developing IT. For businessmen it means to understand a new phenomenon , which is based on the knowledge about consumers and on the use of IT in business. One of the opportunities to succed in this competitive enviroment of the EU is to realize interactive commerce as a part of company strategy and the tactics of individual companies. Interactive commerce means communication between traditional conventional business procedures and non-conventional business procedures. The advantage of interactive commerce is the increasing number of consumers for companies
