The aim of the development programs aimed at countryside is the stabilisation of rural population and forming of the perspectives for duality life for all the social groups in the commune as well as in the region. Rural communes digger from each other bytheir geographical location, socio-demographic structure, historical development, conditions for the economic development and the conditions for utilisation of the rural population social potential.
