Medical knowledge contained in Hypertension guidelines can be formalized by means of GLIF model. For making this formalization easy a user friendly GLIF editor with automatic coding capability into XML and a GLIF viewer were developped.The system offersto physicians decision support and it checks the complience of their decisions with Hypertension guidelines.
