INFLUENCE OF PERSONAL MOBILITY ON KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER IN ORGANIZATION
Original language description
The article carries out a survey of the influence of personal mobility on knowledge transfer in organizations today. When employees leave an organization (fluctuation) or change their job (horizontal or vertical mobility), the organization has to ensurethe knowledge transfer from the leaver to his/her successor. The basis for effective sharing and knowledge transfer is a happy atmosphere at work where that can lead to a higher motivation for knowledge sharing in the organization. It is very important that employees understand the importance of sharing and transferring their knowledge. Thus the organization should support knowledge transfer in every department using support instruments (bonuses, gratuities, recognition and promotion) so that knowledgetransfer and knowledge sharing can be accepted by employees.
