Original language description
The paper deals with the adoption of new approaches in the practise of rural development. The main attention is paid to LEADER approach and the objective is to evaluate the implementation of their principles in the action of actors, associated in Czech LAGs. For sociological empirical research were used techniques of content analysis and interviews with selected representatives, mostly the managers of LAGs. The results analyze concrete clashes between hierarchic structure and principle of network cooperation, which starts to develop successfully in state-wide and international levels. Then the results point out failures in the implementation of LEADER approach in the Czech Republic, which were overcome (linked with the principles of recourse from locality, decentralized management and financing, partnership), and on the contrary, which ones still last (linked with principles of integration of sectors, innovativeness).
