The main aim of this paper is to identify and demonstrate the personality traits factors on the group of careers mobile employees. It was conducted quantitative research, data was collected byquestionnaire. Participators were older than 18 years who areno longer in their first job and have made a career transition in the last five years. The results were processed by using statistical methods. For analysis were used Microsoft Excel 2010 and Statistica. Factor analysis confirmed five factors of personality treats. The first factor was an openness to experience (O). Other factors were then generated in order Conscientiousness (C), Neurotics (N), Extraversion (E), and Agreeableness (A). It was modified the traditional model ?NEO (AC) ". Furthermore, it was shown that Neurotics negatively predicts career transition type. In contrast, the mobility type is positively influenced by factor Conscientiousness.
