Knowledge of Social networks is important for farmers because it will help them gain deep insights about social, cultural and environmental issues about peoples activities at the area of the farmers market. The objective of this paper is to determine communication content of Flickr social network. The results of the study are based on a sample of 552 most used hashtags in this network, based on the analysis of messages sent from around the world. The results identified top hashtags, that are associated with vegetables, fruit, flowers and the support of local farmers. Practical applications for marketing and business management are discussed at the end of the article.
