Product Act As A(R) contains a set of cards and another parts, which allows simulation of team work through roleplaying. The simulation set contains 97 cards to simulate basic group processes and dynamics. The purpose of the simulation is to develop tacit knowledge of the basic principles for team work in the participants. Simulation can be used repeatedly in team skills training, training can be focused on different levels of individual team work principles. Set also contains spare cards, 8 card holders, user manual.
