Why we monitored the differences of nutritive value at wheat from conventional and ecological cultivation? Is reality, that wheat from ecological cultivation there is regarding total quantity of wheat cultivated too significant, nevertheless even with alternative dissemination of ecological cultivation we must calculate. Firstly from view of overproduction of wheat, and regarding to health state inhabitants. The aim of our work was find out differences between two varieties of wheat (Sarka - foodstuff wheat and Estica - feeding wheat) cultivated conventional and ecological. We evaluated the biological value of wheat protein like a presumption of measurement retention of nitrogen in body of growing laboratory white rats. The results, which we attained,clearly show on higher nutritional value of wheat from ecological cultivation, over the fact that in grain of wheat from conventional cultivation was a higher content of crude protein. Moreover, the animals preferred the ecological wheat.
