The changes on rumen mucous membrane at calves feeding of different nutrition systems
Original language description
We're comparing two systems breeding of calf. Control system -colostrums, milk and mixtures for calf and hay. Test system - colostrums, milk and starter for calf. Starter was applied from third day after births. The calves both groups were slain in 10 weeks of ages. At histological examination of the mucous membrane of the rumen of the controlled group of calves no pathological changes were shown. With the experimental 16 calves there were found the following pathological changes of the mucous membraneof the rumen In histological cuts of experimental calves there was found a disorder of reepithelisation in the sense of fast growth. It is a consequence of fastened desquamation of the epithelium, preponderantly in those cases, where the physiologiclevelof keratinisation is in disorder. The reason of the principle of decreased keratinisation can be: 1) disorder of the synthesis of keratin in melanocytes 2) disorder in transport of keratin formmelanocytes to keratinocytes in the upper la
