Spring barley varieties - yield and quality in ecological agriculture

Original language description

Selected set of spring barley varieties growed in ecological growing systém was evaluated with the aim to choice the most suitable varieties for low input systems and for protected regions. For these purposes is possible to use varieties with the high level of yields and good health. Malting quality of tested varieties was usually beter in comparison with conventional growing systém. Content of beta-glucans was interesting.
