Antropogenic impact on soil affects its quality and it can be determinated by several microbiological methods. Routine tests included determinatin of microbial biomass carbon, labile carbon, mineralization of organic substances (respiration and ammonification), nitrification, enzyme activities. Article deals with microbiological characteristics of arable, grassed, afforested, reclaimed and polluted soils.
