Effects of abscisic acid (ABA) and benzylaminopurine (BAP) on photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate during water stress in sugar beet plants were followed. Phytohormones were sprayed on leaves 3 days after cessation of watering. BAP limited effect of ABA at the common application.
