The aim of present study was describe the effect of digitonin on egg quality. There were 3 groups in the experiment. Group 1 was fed by the control feed mixture with 16.54% trude protein and 11.61MJ ME. Group 2 got the control feed mixture with 0.01 % digitonin and suplement of digitonin in group 3 was 0.025%. There was a negative correlation between the group and egg weight or yolk weight. Digitonin in the amount of 0.025% significantly reduced egg weight. Digitonin significantly increased eggshell share in groupe 2 and 3 in comparison with control group.
