The aim of this work was study of non-woven textile covering and cultivar of vitamin C content in parsley leaves. There were grown two types of leafy parsley ? plain (´Festival´) and crispy (´Kudrnka´) in two variants ? covered and not covered with non-woven textile (Pegas agro 17 UV). There were measured following values of vitamin C in fresh leaves of parsley: plain (covered) 2361 mg.kg-1, plain (not covered) 2133 mg.kg-1, crispy (covered) 2252 mg.kg-1, crispy (not covered) 1806 mg.kg-1.
