Two species of the family Camillidae have been collected in Podyjí NP (= 65 % of the total Czech fauna of this family); C. atrimana in eight localities, C. glabra from only one. Both of them were collected together in the locality, Liščí skála (5/01), while seven of the remaining localities yielded only C. atrimana; this corresponds to the relative abundance of both species. The number of the Camillidae species in Podyjí NP is the same as in the Bílina-Duchcov environs (MÁCA & BARTÁK 2001). In another well explored region of the Czech Republic, the Pálava Biosphere Reserve (MÁCA 1999), only C. atrimana has been collected.
