We detected and quantified differences in distribution of mite proteolytic and amylolytic enzymes. We selected inhibitor that efficiently blocked activity of the mite enzymatic allergens. This inhibitor suppressed mite metabolism in vivo. In consequence,it reduced the total allergen content.
