Original language name
Spatial variability of the soil CO2 production.
Original language description
Two mineralization tests (short and long term respiration) were used for evaluation of the spatial and time variability of CO2 production. The topsoil samples were taken from two localities with various yield potential, different soil native content andpH (low-high. The nutrients addition increased significantly microbial activity. Short respiration tests were more sensitive than long term respiration. Respiration was diverse between localities with different nutrient contents.
