  • Original language description

    Respiration and ammonification tests were used for the determination of microbiological activity in soils which was complexly investigated within a project airming in the development of precise farming.. The tested sites were chosen according to their nutrient content and yield potential (low - medium - high). Long-term respiration tests showed that there were no significant differences between spring and autumn mineralization activity in vitro and among localities.
