Field trial with genetically modified maize variety NK603 was realized in Central Bohemia. Herbicide treatments: POST Maister (iodosulfuron + foramsulfuron) (150 g.ha-1); Roundup (2.4 l.ha-1) BBCH 13 + Roundup (2.4 l.ha-1) BBCH 16-18; EPOST Guardian Extra (2.6 l.ha-1) + Roundup (2.4 l.ha-1). Soil tillage/cover crop: Ct ? conventional tillage (ploughing in autumn, flat cultivation and sowing in spring); Rt ? reduced tillage (stubble tillage in autumn, chisel in spring); CC ? Crimson clover - soil conservation tillage with mulch ? direct seeding; Ph ? Phacelia - soil conservation tillage with mulch ? direct seeding; YM ? Yellow mustard - soil conservation tillage with mulch ? direct seeding; WB ? Winter Barley - soil conservation tillage with mulch ? direct seeding. Number of weed species that were recorded in experimental plots was similar like in previous years.
