Je jedlý hmyz vhodný pro jedince s metabolickým onemocněním dna?
Original language description
Nutritional interventions play a vital role in treating gout, and knowledge of the purine content in foods is essential. Because edible insects have been proposed as mini-livestock alternatives, this study aimed to analyse the content of purines (adenine, guanine, xanthine, and hypoxanthine) and their metabolite (uric acid) in two different developmental stages of six insects (Tenebrio molitor, Alphitobius diaperinus, Gryllus assimillis, Acheta domesticus, Locusta migratoria, and Blaberus discoidalis) and meats (chicken, pork, beef, and salmon). Zborník vedeckých prác, XIX. vedecká konferencia s medzinárodnou účasťou „Bezpečnosť a kontrola potravín“, Piešťany, 06.04.2022-08.04.2022, s. 109-114, ISBN 978-80-8266-007-7, DOI 10.15414/2022.sqf22-psp
