Original language description
A surrogate circuit of larger biological tissue may be created from the network of parallel RC circuits, which again makes a global circuit in the parallel form. The simplest biological equivalent model is a single resistor and capacitor in parallel. Itis also important for calculation of real and imaginary parts of bioelectrical impedance. The automated measurement system of bioimpedance was designed on the basis of four-electrode measurement method and planispheric electrodes. The test of reproducibility of measured values by planispheric and needle electrodes was carried out. The measurement has proved substantial inaccuracy of needle electrodes, as compared to planispheric electrodes.
