Residential mobility significantly influences land use, occupation of housing stock, infrastructure usage, social composition of population, real estate prices and quality of life in general. The research presented in the paper applies random utility discrete choice models for the examination of factors that influence residential choices made by individual actors in the Prague Metropolitan Area. The research primarily focuses on transportation accessibility to employment opportunities as one of the primary residential mobility factors and examines various accessibility indicators.
