Original language description
In this paper are presented results of research of modulus of elasticity in bending and bend-ing strength of oriented strand boards and comparison between testing method according to EN 310 and EN 710. Experiments showed higher modulus of elasticity forEN 789 compare to EN 310. Results determined by EN 310 are dependent not only on testing method (which include skid) but also on distribution of wood strand in tension zone of the specimen. It seems to be more suitable to use EN 789 for testing of modulus of elasticity in bending of OSB.
