Polymorfismus zásobních bílkovin odrůd pohanky seté a tatarské (Fagopyrum esculentum Moench; Fagopyrum tataricum L.)
Original language description
Intra- and inter-varietal seed protein polymorphism was evaluated in the six common buckwheats: La Harpe (F), Pyra (CZ), Bolshevik 4 (RUS), Botansoba (JAP), NS-SP-LXM (SK), Emka (POL) and two tartary buckwheats Z50-0014 (USA), Z - Z50-0012 (CZ) by the help of SDS-PAGE. All common buckwheats showed high intra-varietal polymorphism contrary to tartary buckwheats. The highest protein polymorphism was found out in the middle part of gel with molecular weight 30 kDa ? 60 kDa. Nevertheless the most polymorphic part didn?t guarantee the correct identification of the tested varieties. That?s way the whole protein spectrum was taken into account. It allowed to identify all tested varieties and clearly describe the high intra-varietal protein polymorphism of common buckwheat. The found identical (typical) protein bands for each polymorphic varieties (clusters) confirmed mutual genetic origin mostly of high polymorphic varieties and their significantly higher intra-varietal variability in compari
