    Potassium and its forms in the nutrition of poppy (Papaver somniferum, L.)

    In a pot experiment with poppy, variety Opál, we explored the effect of two doses of potassium (0.845 and 1.69 g K2O per pot) in the form of potassium sulphate (K2SO4) and potassium salt (KCl) on yields and the content of morphine in poppy straw. Compared to the control variant, seeds showed a statistically highly significant increase when the two doses of potassium in the form of K2SO4 were applied, i.e. by 18.0 - 25.1 %, and with only a higher dose of KCl by 11.9%. The concentration of morphine in poppy straw (empty capsule + 15 cm of stem) increased statistically significantly, i.e. by 10.9%, only in interaction with a higher level of K in K2SO4, compared to the control variant not fertilised with potassium.

    V experimentálním hrnci s mákem, varianta Opálu, jsme probádaly úcinek dvou dávek draslíku (0.845 a 1.69 g K2O za hrnec) formou draslíku sulfát (K2Tak4) a solného draslíku (KCl) na jednu dávku a obsahujícího morfium ve stéble máku. Prirovnávanou ke kontrolní variante, uvádených semen ukázaných na statisticky významném zvýšení, kdy dve dávky draslíku ve forme K2 SO4 byly aplikovaný dle 18.0 - 25.1 %, a s vyšší dávkou KCl dle 11.9%. Koncentrace morfia v máku (vyprázdnit se kapsle + 15 cm stopka)zvýšený statisticky významne, dle 10.9%, pouze v interakce s vyšší úrovenní z K v K2SO4, prirovnávané ke kontrolní variante nehnojené s draslíkem.
