Laser Deposited Thin Organic and Inorganic Active Layers for Low Temperature Ozone Sensors
Original language description
The inorganic and organic active layers of gas sensors were deposited by pulsed laser deposition. The prepared sensors are tested in atmosphere containing 100 ppb of ozone and 130 ppm of nitrogen dioxide. Low temperature sensitivity, response dynamics and activation energy of surface reactions are studied.
