Characterization of Er:LiNbO3 and APE:LiNbO3 by RBS-channeling analysis and XRD analysis
Original language description
The positions of the Er atoms in the crystal lattice of pristine and APE treated lithium niobate samples were studied by Rutherford Backscattering spectrometry channeling method. APE treatment leads to significant changes of the crystal structure of thesubstrate.
