  • Original language description

    Antimicrobial properties of 6-O-laurolsucrose and 6-O-Lauroylglucose was studied. It was found out that 6-O-Lauroylsucrose ester and 6-O-lauroylglucose ester inhibited the growth of Bacillus subtilis LCC 666 more than that of Escherichia coli DMB 3104.
