The aim of this paper was to test possibilities of ultrafiltration on inorganic membranes forpurification and concentration of different liquid materials from the food industry; to be concrete, eggblend, amaranth starch suspension and caramel (i.e. natural colorant).Totally 5 cross-flow ultrafiltration experiments under different conditionswere carried out on the pilot-plant filtration unit TIA (Bollene, France) usinginorganic membranes (MEMBRALOX, France, 0.8 m long, filtration area of 0.2 m2). Thefiltration was running in the mode of retentate recycling.

Záměrem v této práci bylo testovat vhodnost ultrafiltrace na minerálních membránách při čištění a koncentrování různých tekutin potravinářského průmyslu, konkrétně vaječné melanže, škrobové suspenze amarantu a karamelu (barviva).
