3-Chloropropane-1,2-diol and its esters with higher fatty acids were determined in a selected series of virgin and refined retail market vegetable oils. In all cases the content of bound 3-chloropropane-1,2-diol exceeded that of the free compound.

Czech description
3-Chlorpropan-1,2-diol a jeho estery s vyššími mastnými kyselinami byly stanoveny ve vybraných komerčních panenských a rafinovaných olejích. Ve všech případech obsah vázaného 3-chlorpropan-1,2-diol převyšoval obsah volné látky.
