    Evaluation of winter wheat varieties from three crop years

  • Original language description

    Eleven Czech winter wheat varieties of different quality (three crop years) were used for analyses of variety and quality classification, and crop year influence. Statistical methods of ANOVA and Tukey's test were applied for evaluation. Technological quality of wheat varieties described by kernel, flour, dough and bread traits corresponded with their quality classification. Flour protein contents as a mean of quality classes were 11.9, 11.6, 11.1, and 10.0% for classes E, A, B, and C, respectively. Bread volumes calculated as mean of three crops ranged from 300 ml/100 g (C class variety Mladka) via 340 ml/100g for A and B varieties to 380 ml/100 g for E class varieties &#61485; those values indicate weak differences at average bread volumes. Radar graphs constructed of four basic traits verified superiority of E class wheat, parity of A and B varieties and insufficient technological quality of C class wheat.     Statistické metody Anova a Tukeyuv test byly použity pro posouzení vlivu odrůdy, jakostní třídy pšenice a ročníku pěstování na technologickou jakost, sledovanou ve čtyřech fázích hodnocení-zrno, mouka, těsta a pečivo.Podle jakostní třídy dané čs. systémem klasifikace se potvrdily průkazné rozdíly mezi kvalitou E, A, B a C, avšak vlivem ročníku pěstování byly zjištěny odlišné hodnoty representativních znaků pro tyto skupiny odrůd pšenice. Clusterová analýza potvrdila míru příbuznosti odrůd v jednotlivýchkvalitativních skupinách.
