    Several cyclic hexa- and pentapeptides with p-aminoPhe as N-residue and m-aminoTyr as C-terminal residue were studied. The peptides´ ring was realized by azo-bond formed between N-atoms in the side chains of the amino acids. For MALDI-TOF MS experiments,two matrices CHCA and DHB were used. In the case of CHCA, only the peaks of cyclic peptides were observed in spectra. On the other hand, using DHB, additional, 4 Dalton heavier peak appeared, which most probably represents a linear form of the peptide with reduced azo-bond.

    Bylo studováno několik cyklických peptidů s p-aminoPhe na N-konci a m-aminoTyr na C-konci. Zacyklení bylo realizováno přes azo-skupinu vytvořenou mezi postraními řetězci krajních aminokyselin. Pro experiment MALDI-TOF MS byly použity dvě matrice, CHCA aDHB. V případě CHCA se ve spektru vyskytoval pouze pík cyklického peptidu, zatím co v případě DHB se objevil pík o 4 Da těžší který pravděpodobně představuje lineární formu peptidu s redukovanou azo-skupinou.
