The optimal conditions (medium, temperature) for forming biofilm in industry and non-industry isolate Listeria monocytogenes were studied. The efficiency of disinfectants (benzalkonium chloride, Savo, Merades Alco) on biofilm and planctonic cells in regard to their concentration and application times were compared.
