The practical course in creative digital manufacturing and automation was a multidisciplinary course focused on learning by doing and consisted of the principles of 2D and 3D design, reverse engineering processes, exploring new behaviors of traditional materials modified by digital manufacturing machines, programming an IoT network in the physical world through sensors, soldering basics, and more. The goal was to introduce participants in a practical way to the wide possibilities of modern software and hardware technologies and their application in everyday life, and to provide the necessary foundations for later independent development and creative work on their own scientific, educational, and creative projects.
